My deck has only 2 or 3 slides! Why?


Most likely the ChatGPT bot did not create all slides.

1. Go back to your ChatGPT conversation (via chat.slidesGPT.com)
2. Ask the bot to "create all slides" from your presentation.

Once it's finished come back to slidesGPT.com and download your presentation.

I have paid for the slides but can't download!


Make sure you're correctly logged in:

1. Click on "Sign In" in the main menu
2. Sign in using the same email address you made the purchase with.
3. Try again downloading the slides

Click on "Sign In" in the main menu with your correct email address
3. When signed in, click on the account symbol
4. Click on "Settings"

Here you'll be able to manage your subscription
