How do I manage (or cancel) my subscription

Sign in and open the Dashboard to find every presentation you created.
My PPT has only 2 or 3 slides!
Ask the ChatGPT bot to create all slides, then download your presentation again.
I have paid for the slides but can't download!
Sign in with the same email address you made the purchase with.
I have paid but still can't access my slides
Sign out, then sign in again with the exact purchase email address, on the same device and in the same browser.
